Labor Day!

The school will be closed Monday, September 5, 2016 in observance of Labor Day. We will open and holding classes that weekend mainly because we don't view martial arts as work. If you share this viewpoint, come join us for regular classes this weekend. Just don't come on Monday. Monday we're not here. We're somewhere else taking it easy.

New Classes!!  

Starting next Wednesday, we'll be adding eight more classes to the schedule. We will also be saying good bye to Tai Chi. They are moving on to bigger and better things. We'll still keep information about some of their classes on our site and a link to their website. They are awesome and host many classes and seminars in various locations around the triangle. Half the classes being added in their stead are expansions of classes we already have, Cardio Kickboxing, Stick & Knife Fighting, and Grappling. The others are new, Kyusho Jitsu for adults and Modern Day Knights for kids aged 7 - 13. Both look to be a lot of fun and we're super excited by them.
