A Typical Class

Kajukenbo Classes

Each Kajukenbo class at Tactical Kung Fu & MMA is 60 or 90 minutes long and is often broken up in to three basic sections. The first part of the class is spent on warm-ups and basic exercises. We are self-defense focused and your best self-defense technique is to run, so if you can't run a block, it's like we are not doing our job. Also, all the technique in the world will do you no good if you are too tired to use it. The second part of class is focused on techniques. The last part of each class is spent on either sparring and/or related drills.
